Protected by our two-year guarantee
This compatible product is covered against manufacturing faults and performance problems for two years from the date of purchase. Our UK support team is here to help if it does not perform as expected.
Product protection
If the product is confirmed to be faulty during the guarantee period, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in line with our guarantee and your statutory rights.
Printer warranty reassurance
Using a compatible cartridge does not automatically invalidate your printer warranty. A printer manufacturer may still assess whether a particular fault was caused by a third-party consumable.
What to do if you experience a problem
Tell us your order number, printer model and what has happened.
Our team will help identify whether the issue is with the cartridge, installation or printer.
Where the product is covered, we will arrange the appropriate next step as quickly as possible.
The guarantee does not cover normal depletion, incorrect installation, unsuitable storage, accidental damage, modification or use in a printer that is not listed as compatible. Stated page yields are estimates rather than guaranteed page totals.
